This oil on canvas painting features a female nude playing piano with passion. Surrounding the grand piano are a French horn, violin, cello, saxophone and bass. All the music instruments in this conservatory reflect in the shiny wood floor.This midnight blue boudoir scene is lit by the full moon shining through the window.

We are a family of music lovers. My earliest remembrance of enjoying music was as a young child lying on the living room carpet on Sunday evenings with my dad listening to Beethoven, Wagner, Verdi and Liszt on our hi-fi record player while he told me stories of the composers by candlelight.
